Receiving Funds – IBAN Submission

To ensure you receive your funds smoothly (Confirmation Deposit Refund and/or weekly stipend), please follow these steps:

IBAN Requirement:

• You need a European IBAN (International Bank Account Number) to receive your payments.

If You Don’t Have an IBAN:

• Create a Wise.com account – a user-friendly platform to easily get a European IBAN in euros.

Steps to Obtain Your IBAN:

1. Visit Wise.com – Sign up or log in.

2. Get Your European IBAN – This will serve as your digital wallet.

3. Share Your IBAN with Us – Enter your IBAN in the form below, and we’ll ensure smooth transfers.

If Getting an IBAN is Difficult:

• Let us know if you face challenges, and we can look into alternatives.

Important Notes:

• Wise is recommended as it’s fast, reliable, and often fee-free. Using other platforms like PayPal may reduce the amount you receive due to fees.

German Tax Exemption:

If you’re working part-time as camp staff or a coach in Germany, note the following:

• Income up to €3000 per calendar year is untaxed (known as the "Übungsleiterfreibetrag").

• No deductions for insurance or taxes.

• This tax-exempt amount can only be claimed once per year.
