NCR: Should be from within the past 12 months.

If you need a NCR, please send an email with your full name to:

We will send you a letter for your townhall, with which you can get the NCR for free.

FAC - First aid Certificate

By law, you must have a valid first aid certification before participating in camp while doing outdoor activities with children.

You have 2 options:

You can obtain your First Aid certificate independently, but please ensure it meets the following criteria:

- It must be of the same type or higher as the FAC required by Camp Europe.

- It should include a minimum of 12 hours of combined theory and practice.

- It must include a clear day of completion and expiry date.

-It must include a valid QR code link to the digital form of the certificate at the hosting site of the Certificate issuer and training provider.

- The certificate must be homologated to Germany in order to be accepted.

- It MUST be an in-person course.

- NO ONLINE certificates are valid.

Ensure to verify these details before enrolling to any course as a prevention.

Cost: anywhere in the range between 50 euros up to 95 euros.

A 1 & 1/2-day in-person course after the 5 intense days of counselor training in Germany.

This includes reading, exams, and hands-on practice.

- Notes:

This is a good option if you prefer an intense reading / studying cycle followed by a hands-on learning practicums, but it can be more time-consuming and tiring after an already busy training week.
The certification received is issued by Camp Adventure and is normally accepted as valid in many different countries.

Cost: 55 euros (deducted from the weekly stipend).

- PAS must be valid for at least 1 year.

- Picture, Name & DOB must be the same as the application.

TKT - Ticket

We require you to confirm your arrival for training / placement by either:

Confirming a shuttle spot from Walsrode train station into Camp, or

Confirming you will be arriving to Camp by your own means.

Parking is available at the camp upon previous reservation.
