Book an Interview with Camp Europe

Before Proceeding,  please note:

​

- Duration:     The interview shall last between 20 and 30 minutes.
- Venue:           The interview will be conducted via Google Meet.  (You´ll get the link by email).

-Time zones:  The time differences are set to be converted automatically by google calendar, so it will be according to your time zone. 

In any case, keep in mind, our time zone is:

CET - Central European Time 

Our upcoming online interview will cover several key aspects, ensuring a productive and informative conversation.

  1. Your Profile: We'll start by discussing your background and qualifications. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your skills and previous experience.

  2. Your Time Availability: We'll talk about a suitable potential placement time that aligns with your schedule. Flexibility is important to us.

  3. Previous Experience: We'll ask you a few questions about your previous experiences. This will help us gain insight into your expertise and how it fits within our organization.

  4. Your Questions: You will have the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have about the role, the company, or the application process. We encourage you to prepare questions in advance.

  5. Next Steps: At the end of our meeting, we'll provide you with an overview of what to expect in the following stages of the application process.

​Also, during the Interview, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn more about our programs: Gain a deeper understanding of the overall program's details and objectives.

  • Inform yourself about our different Camp Sites and get insights into the various aspects of your potential involvement at each.

  • Understand better the Application Process and its commitments and receive guidance on the next steps in the application process.

  • Contrast, Discuss and confirm your availability time frame required for each campsite & season (e.g., spring, summer, fall).

  • Explore other potential & available programs / positions.

Important Note Regarding Costs involved:
Some programs and/or processes require a commitment-based Pre-Interview Deposit fee of €75 Euros.

 

Here's how it works:

  • Full Refund Guarantee:

    • If Camp Europe does not offer you a placement in any of its programs, your €75 Euro deposit will be fully refunded.

  • Withdrawal Policy: Should you choose to withdraw from the application process, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Administrative Fee:

    • In the event you receive a placement offer from Camp Europe, this pre-interview deposit will be deducted as the administrative fee charged by ICN for handling your file.

    • Returnee - If you have participated previously with Camp Europe.

    • TEFL participants - If referred directly by one of our TEFL academies, only. 

    • ICIT´s - If you received the invitation email after registering for an ICIT program with CA.

    • School Groups - If you are interested in having a one on one conversation with a camp rep. about the diverse options available for your school / sports team / church / community group.
