It’s difficult to explain how I feel during the camp. I could say that it is a constantly growing up experience where you have to explore, adapt, evolve, take action, and do your best to make others feel safe and happy. There are some amazing days that make you feel alive and useful, it’s true that you sometimes feel exhausted, but it’s completely worth it. I love the fact that our responsibility was to ensure the comfort and happiness of the children and all the staff, while also providing amusement.
On the other hand, my beginning was difficult, so it was encouraging to be as far as home. At the same time, it was my first time traveling alone. However, I was fortunate to meet incredibly kind and interesting people during my placement. I am deeply appreciative of the camps, as they give me the chance to make really good friends. As a result, I cherish fond memories with them, and I am confident that there will be more to come.
