My time as a staff trainer at camp in Germany was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career in outdoor education. Working with a passionate team made every day a joy. Training new staff was both challenging and inspiring, and I loved watching them grow. The camp’s commitment to fostering personal growth was evident in every activity. It was a fulfilling experience, and I’ll always treasure the memories I made.
