It was the most challenging and hard weeks for me, but was definitely one of the most exciting and unforgettable experiences. During training week, I was overwhelmed and mentally tired with the language barrier, digital detox, and cultural differences (hygines, and so on...). But thanks to other teamers and trainers, I gradually got used to the environment and found excitement as I exposed myself to the camp. I could find myself mentally growing and getting confidence during the week.
Spending time with kids was also a great experience for me. It was my first time talking with kids not in my mother language. But we could share joy through activities and communications, and I really enjoyed it.

Also, as I have experience running a summer camp in Japan, learning how the camp is managed and run was very interesting. There were many differences in what we value and how we manage them in the camp.
