My experience as an ELC coach/team member was wonderful. I had doubts about whether this was the right place for me, but as soon as I arrived at Walsrode, my outlook changed. Meeting my fellow T1 teamers helped alleviate my anxiety, and the sense of community during training was unmatched. The other seven weeks, working as both teamer and ELC, were amazing. Stepping out of my comfort zone was well worth it.
