International Camp Counselor in Training
Our program is open to all individuals aged 17-19 who aspire to become counselors at international camps.
Enthusiastic about becoming a Camp Counselor but face age restrictions?
This program provides an excellent opportunity to obtain a valuable certificate as a trained International Camp Counselor Assistant, effectively becoming a junior staff member. Alongside, acquire a Lifeguard certification. After successfully completing this intensive 2-week program, you'll even have the chance to serve as a Camp Counselor Assistant at our camps. This program serves as an incredible launching pad for initiating your camp counselor journey.
Join our ICIT program and embark on the summer adventure of a lifetime! The ICIT program is tailor-made for you.
This program is designed for young people aged 17 to 19 who want to work with children in an international setting and have at least some basic English language skills.
ICIT participants receive a certificate upon successfully completing a 2-week training program.
This certificate qualifies you as an international Camp Counselor Assistant (junior staff member). With this credential, you can work as a supervisor's assistant (starting at 17 years) or a supervisor (from 18 years) at one of our camps.
The program also includes optional training for lifeguard certification.
During the 2-week training, you'll join others your age, immerse yourself in English, and have the opportunity to practice and improve your language skills.
Following the training, you can be assigned to a Junior camp placement for a duration of 1 or 2 weeks
Our campsite is strategically situated halfway between the bustling cities of Hamburg and Hannover in northern Germany. Spanning fifteen acres of fields and forests, it boasts a small private lake with a sandy beach and encompasses twelve diverse program areas. Whether you're a camper seeking sports, adventure, or creative experiences, this location promises an exciting summer adventure for all.
